CODE OF CONDUCT
Players will strive to be Triple Impact Competitors
Parents will be Second Goal Parents
Coaches will be Double Goal Coaches
If an issue arises, parents/players must abide by the 24 hour cooling off period before contacting the coach/director, unless it’s an emergency. Be sure to follow the communication policy.
No swearing or abusive or insensitive language on the bench, locker room, in the rink, or at any team function directed towards a teammate, opponent, parent, coach etc.
Fighting, attempting to injure or dangerous actions will not be tolerated.
There will be no alcohol, tobacco, vaping and or use of illegal substances at any team function.
Players, parents and coaches will represent the club, themselves and family in a positive manner at all facilities (ice rink, hotel, restaurants, etc.) during any team function.
Players, parents and coaches who cannot abide by these rules or who violate them will be subject to the Discipline Policy and disciplinary action.
All players, parents and coaches are under the rules and policies put forth in the USA Hockey Rules & Resources guidebook.

COMMUNICATION BILLET POLICY
Clear, concise and efficient communication is key to the success of any organization and team. Our goal is to streamline and clarify your questions throughout the year in a timely and efficient manner.
THE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (DISCIPLINE POLICY)
The goal is to create an environment for optimal development which we call the development zone. The Development Zone is used to develop Better Athletes and Better People. The Code of Conduct is the standard that all of us adhere to. We also understand that sport is a great teaching ground for learning life lessons at all stages of our hockey journey. YOUTH
Step 1 - 24 hour cooling off period before contacting the Head Coach/Program Leader unless an emergency of immediate danger to the player or parent.
Step 2 - Send a message to the Head Coach/Program Leader requesting a meeting.
Step 3 - Head Coach and Parent/Athlete have a meeting. If there is no solution, go to Step 4.
Step 4 - Head Coach/Program Leader & Director of Hockey meet with the Parent/Athlete and come to a resolution.

If needed, we will defend our culture. To ensure the development zone culture for developing Better Athletes, Better People we have different levels of intervention to handle misconduct.
