Port Wentworth's Newest Amphitheater and Ice Complex
City officials, developers and community members are gathering Tuesday afternoon to mark a major milestone in the construction of the Port Wentworth Amphitheatre and Ice Cove — a $50 million sports and entertainment complex expected to open in summer 2026.
The Topping Out Ceremony at Anchor Park will celebrate the raising of the final beam at 4 p.m. The event will also feature remarks from the city of Port Wentworth, Zawyer Sports, Oak View Group, Savannah Ghost Pirates players and other partners.
